CICE Welcomes New Staff to Strengthen Engagement in the South and Southeast

Chambers for Innovation and Clean Energy (CICE) is excited to welcome two accomplished and experienced chamber professionals to our team, expanding our outreach and support for chambers and economic development organizations across the South and Southeast.

Jamie Green - Southern Regional Director
Jamie Green joins CICE as Southern Regional Director, where he will lead outreach efforts with chambers of commerce and economic development organizations across the Southern United States, including Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.

Jamie brings experience across public policy, economic development, and energy issues. Prior to joining CICE, he owned and operated a public policy consulting firm, advising clients on energy, sustainability, and economic development initiatives.

Before launching his consulting firm, Jamie worked for the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, where he focused on energy, transportation, and local government issues. His background provides insight into how business communities engage on infrastructure, economic growth, and energy development.

Russell Lahodny, IOM, GCCE - Southeast Regional Director
Russell Lahodny is CICE’s new Southeast Regional Director, where he works with chambers of commerce and economic development partners across Georgia, Virginia, and the Carolinas to support conversations about clean energy and long-term economic growth.

Russell brings more than 20 years of experience in the chamber and association space, including serving as President and CEO of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce in Georgia and Vice President of Local Chamber Relations at the California Chamber of Commerce.

His work has increasingly focused on innovation, energy, and economic competitiveness, helping business communities engage in conversations that shape their future. He is a graduate of the Institute for Organization Management (IOM), a Georgia Certified Chamber Executive (GCCE), and has taught communications courses for the Western Association of Chamber Executives (W.A.C.E.).
