Jamie Green joined CICE as Southern Regional Director at CICE in 2026, with a focus on Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.

Prior to joining CICE, he owned a public policy consulting firm, where he worked on energy, sustainability and economic development issues for numerous clients. Before that he worked for the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, focusing on energy, transportation and local government issues. 

He has a Master of Public Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Nebraska.

In his spare time, he is a part-time musician and a true-crime podcast host and producer.
