In order to help chambers of commerce, economic development associations, business leaders, and community members better understand the economic opportunities that utility-scale solar energy developments can bring to a community and a state, CICE presents a series of brief solar primers.

These documents are intended to provide a generalization of economic impacts a community can expect from such projects, based on best available estimates for solar projects of specific sizes in selected states.
