Sydney joined CICE in 2026 as the Program & Operations Manager. She implements and maintains project management processes and supports cross-functional initiatives that strengthen CICE’s effectiveness and impact. Previously, Sydney was the administrative manager at the Renewable Energy Wildlife Institute (REWI), where she supported research, outreach and engagement, communications, and operational functions. Her experience spans clean energy, sustainable development, and community engagement. She has worked with Tangle News, the State Department Office of Development Finance, the Transatlantic Hub Initiative, and AmeriCorps. Sydney is a double Tar Heel, holding degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (B.A. 2022, M.A. 2024) as well as Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (M.Sc. 2024). She spends her free time in the great outdoors or playing ultimate frisbee.
