CICE’s Diaz, Reiser Selected to Serve as Faculty Members at Institute for Organization Management
A Leadership Training Program Produced by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce
December 10, 2025 – Institute for Organization Management, the professional development program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, has chosen two staff members of Chambers for Innovation and Clean Energy (CICE) to serve as faculty members: Colin Diaz, ACE, IOM, western regional director, and Jennifer Reiser, CCE, IOM, director of operations. Institute is an intensive week-long nonprofit leadership training program held across four sites annually.
Since its commencement in 1921, the Institute program has been educating tens of thousands of association, chamber, and other nonprofit leaders on how to build stronger organizations, better serve their members and become strong business advocates.
Institute’s faculty members come from varied backgrounds within the nonprofit industry, all with a commitment to providing the best education for chamber and association professionals. The faculty plays a pivotal role throughout the week, providing instruction and sharing resources in targeted courses. Many Institute faculty members continue to offer their guidance to students and their organizations throughout the year.
“Institute’s faculty members are truly the experts in their respective fields,” said Raymond P. Towle, IOM, CAE, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s vice president of Institute for Organization Management. “These individuals each bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Institute classroom that is unparalleled in nonprofit management.”
"Colin and Jennifer's selection as Institute faculty members is a testament to the caliber of talent we have at CICE," said Ryan Evans, executive director of CICE. "Their expertise in nonprofit leadership and commitment to advancing economic opportunities in communities across the country will be valuable to Institute participants. We're proud that our staff is contributing to the professional development of the broader chamber and association community.”
Institute for Organization Management is the professional development program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. It is the premier nonprofit professional development program for association and chamber professionals, fostering individual growth through interactive learning and networking opportunities.
