Energy Reform Bill Designed to Grow NC’s Clean Energy Economy Headed to Senate
The NC House overwhelmingly passed a major new energy reform bill called the “Competitive Energy Solutions for North Carolina” (HB 589). The bill is now heading to the Senate.
